3, the installation process of mechanical sealing should be kept clean and does not allow beat sealing elements with tools to prevent damage and destruction.
4, when you install the mud pumps, dynamic and static ring surface should be coated with a layer of clean oil and Turbine Oil. Auxiliary circle ( including ring seals and still ring seal ) also need to put a layer of clean before installing the oil or turbine oil to ensure installation.
5, mounting in a sealed cover after the static ring seal trap in the back of the stationary rings, meanwhile we should pay attention not to hurt static loop end to make sure the static loop end with end cover the vertical centre line and note the static anti - rotation slot to ring back on Anti - for - resale, but not in contact.
6, slurry pump seal of the moving parts, then rely on the two captive screws on the spring seat and shaft fixed, when you tighten the captive screw, to ensure that the work of the spring length.
